All babies (0-2 years) and children (3-11 years) must be included in the reservation to ensure that the appropriate vehicle and space are provided. If you book a private transfer, we recommend using a booster seat or child seat for those under 12 years old or up to 135 cm tall, for safety reasons. We can provide pre-booked child seats or booster seats in most destinations, and this option is available as part of the booking process. If this option does not appear during the booking process, don’t worry. We can still offer pre-booked child and booster seats in many areas not covered on the website. Just email us at [email protected] with your booking reference and the age of the child or children. This service is free and included in the final price.

One large suitcase per person, plus one medium-sized suitcase. Excess luggage, such as golf bags, extra suitcases, etc., must be reported.

The price of a ticket includes a one-way trip for the reserved route. A round-trip ticket includes both the arrival and departure for the reserved route. Our services are priced for private vehicles such as taxis and minibuses, with payment being per vehicle. Please note that the price does not include a tip, which is at the passenger's discretion. Child seats (where available), excess baggage, sports equipment, etc., may incur additional costs. See the following sections for more information.
Upon your arrival at the airport, port or train station, the driver will be waiting for you in the main hall with a sign with your name and surname. If you cannot find him, you have the contact telephone number +34 658 26 20 50 (WhatsApp) available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All our vehicles are duly insured, as required by the various transport laws.
All reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge, PROVIDED that the change or cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email to [email protected] or [email protected].
